Sour Cherry Wild Ale
We are celebrating the seventh anniversary of the beginning of the Fenetra project with a very mature Farmhouse Ale–style beer.
The beer was brewed in 2020. After one year of aging in oak barrels with Brettanomyces, a long three-year maceration with whole sour cherries was initiated.
After maceration, it was transferred into KEG kegs.
